Head-to-toe color is my go-to in the summer and I've been missing it. I wanted to figure out a way to rock fun colors in the winter, so I gave this inspiration photo from Kate Spade a try with my red cords. Kate Spade is a Jayhawk and grew up in Kansas like me, so a bunch of cheerful colors inspired by a fellow Jayhawk is pretty much my favorite thing ever. Would you wear head-to-toe color in the winter?

my last post. I decided to keep shopping - the all-sequin option is too big (I'm worried about the top falling down), and the other is an empire waist, which is not my favorite shape to wear. I loved both for different reasons, but I'm looking for the
perfect dress so I decided to keep searching. Someone mentioned
Rent the Runway over the weekend, and a lightbulb went off. I've never tried it before, but NYE seems like the perfect time to rent since I won't be repeating a dress quite this extravagant, and they offered to let me try it out and share my experience with you. I reserved the two dresses below and they will arrive 12/28. Have you ever rented a dress? Which one is your favorite?
